About

My work sits between engineering leadership, product execution, architecture judgement, and organisational design.

From software engineering to operating-model advisory.

I started in software engineering in 1996 and have worked as a developer, architect, CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, CPTO, consultant, trainer, and facilitator.

Agile and Lean shaped my roots. My current work applies those principles to engineering operating models, product-minded architecture, delivery flow, and AI-era technical leadership.

I am licensed by Alistair Cockburn to run “Slicing the Problem, Growing the Solution” workshops.

Not sure where the problem is?

If execution is becoming harder to understand, start with a short conversation.

In 30 minutes, we can usually identify whether the real constraint is operating model, delivery flow, architecture, AI adoption, or leadership structure.
